Interior painting across Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia
A room done right starts before the paint comes out. Nail holes filled, cracks caulked, glossy trim scuffed, everything covered. Then two coats on the walls, cut in by hand at the ceiling and the trim. The difference between a crew and a guy with a roller is in the corners.
Or call or text (443) 998-2738. Hours 8 to 6, Monday through Saturday.
How the job goes
We paint one room on a Saturday or a whole house between tenants. Common hallways in DC condos are a regular job, two painters, in and out in a day. Tell us the colors or ask and we bring the fan deck.
Jobs we take
- Bedrooms, living rooms and hallways
- Ceilings, flat and bright white
- Trim, baseboard and crown in semigloss
- Interior doors and door frames
- Whole unit turnover paint between tenants
- Common hallways and stairwells in condos
What it costs
Interior painting is priced by the room, with the prep spelled out. A DC common hallway painted by a two person crew ran $250 in labor this September, with three gallons of paint billed at $130 on the materials line. Whole units and multiple rooms are quoted as one job.
